You don't need an account to order.
You can place an order as a guest. When placing an order as a guest, you must fill in your billing and delivery address information.

For now, we are working with Bank transfer/EFT method.
We will add the virtual post payment method to our site shortly.

You can receive the products from our store or from the courier company that we have a contract with.

If you request assembly for the products to be assembled, we bring the product ourselves to Istanbul and Izmir, and we assemble the product in line with your request.

Unfortunately, we can't assemble for orders outside of Istanbul and Izmir for now.

You should receive the products from the cargo companies we have contracted with. We work with contracted cargo companies for non-assembled products.

For products whose design and workmanship belong to us, the order completion time varies according to the number of products and workmanship.

For other ready-made products, the delivery time, including the shipping time, varies between 2 and 5 days.

As long as the packaging of brand new products is not opened, we exchange it.

Currently, it is not possible to send outside of Turkey.
